Awesome service! I would definitely come back again. I purchased a digital deadbolt from Amazon and needed the deadbolt rekeyed. Home Depot and Lowes wouldn't do it, it was too difficult for them. I called 4 other locksmiths in the area and their price quotes were $40, $65, $92 and $95. Can you believe that, $95 to rekey a deadbolt! Anyways, I found Parker Locksmith, spoke to Bill, and he gave me a much more reasonable price. I won't tell you what he charged me but it was lower than $40. And Bill was awesome, very professional and friendly. He had the rekey done and the deadbolt works great. If you need a reliable and affordable locksmith, come here.
Bridget was awesome - good communication, friendly, and extremely accommodating (thank you!) Adrian came to install new locks in 9 of our offices and he was very efficient and professional. If you need re-keying or new locks, call them! You won't be disappointed.
Superb service. Lost one key to my file cabinet, gave them a call, provide key code and in one hour - done. Not to mention the price, it was way lower than I expected.
I needed what's called a "admin" or "master" transponder key for my Ford Focus and I spent several days calling around to many locksmiths (mobile and in-store) with no luck. Getting my calls or emails returned were very hap-hazard and I didn't get any warm fuzzies from talking with them. I finally got a referral to Parker Locksmith from a another locksmith in town. I called them and the owner wasn't sure if he handle my request but wanted to research this and get back to me. He actually did some homework and called me back stating he could do it. Upon taking my car in, they encountered problems but they refused to give up and kept at the problem AND did resolve the issues. And, the price was much better than the dealership and extremely fair. I told them I would become a customer for life and I mean it! Highly, highly recommend Parker for auto, home, or commercial security and locksmith needs. They take pride in their work and provide great customer service to boot.
Stopped in this afternoon to have a new blank key cut for my Lexus, as the plastic housing on the original had pretty much disintegrated. Bill was super friendly, fast and affordable. The outstanding cleanliness/organization of the store was comforting, and there was tons of cool stuff to look at everywhere. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. 10/10 would recommend. These are my go to lock and security people from now on.
I think they are bit pricy, but were very responsive and reliable in service... quickly estimated the "lock and keys" work needed at my new house and sent an efficient technician the very next day!
Had a bad experience with Centerville Locksmith. But Parker guy made the correct key.
5 stars from me. Will sure use their service in future if need arise.
Thank you Parker security for sending Tucker out to get our key card system up and running. Tucker is amazing he is very professional and very knowledgeable. Great job!
Tucker from Parker Security saved our day! Finding out we were locked out of our house, I called several locksmiths who were unavailable and finally got a referral from one of them to Parker Security.
Tucker arrived in 30 minutes and got us into our house in less than 5 minutes!
I am keeping their phone # in my contacts for the next emergency! What could have been a very stressful experience was made much less painful with their quick response! Thank-you!
Parker Security came through again for us. We are a 24/7 Anytime Fitness club and have to have our main exterior door with a card reader accessible for our members ALL the time. Cindy got our service call scheduled quickly and even re-arranged a few calls to accommodate our schedule. Tucker came out, was professional, very efficient and fixed our door problem! I highly recommend them!
Thanks Parker Security, you guys Rock!
Came in last Thu for a quote on programming a new flop for my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I was quoted $75 and it was written on their biz card. Came back today with my own flop to do the programming.. behold, the older gentleman told me he cannot honor the price! I told him the quote is written on the card but he mumbled about getting a pin... I asked to see a manager and he instructed the guy to honor the price... then another shocker, they can honor the price but not guarantee it will work! I asked why wasn't I been informed when I was given the quote? The manager couldn't answer and told me to go to other locksmith...
Still wondering... a locksmith can't guarantee their work? What a joke and waste of time..
Do ask for quote in writing or else you will face similar situation.. will file a complaint with Consumer Protection for false advertisement...
I needed a Master Key made for my Lexus and in just 10 min and $75 (with a new battery) later, i was out the door. I am super thankful...All 3 of the employees were really nice, super helpful and very honest with me. Gene was really professional, and communicated well with me. I will definitely recommend this company to a friend. Thank you guys so very much!! I am so happy with my new key!!!!!
AMAZING people... I can't thank them enough! I took my key because the shell/case broke the day before and at work my coworkers tried to glue it so I can get home that worked but it wasn't steady I called them and Bill answered 30 mins before closing I took my key in he tried his level best to help me since some of the glue had leaked a little on the chip... It was really risky he explained it and he took help from another worker Adrian and they did it.... They retrieved my chip safely and got a key done for me! Thank you so much Adrian and Bill...!
My experience here wasn't so bad. The old man made sure which key I had and was somewhat helpful to not mess up on these keys I bought online. The tips of the cut on the keys weren't perfect, but a little grinder at home fixed the job. New keys just have to be broken in to properly work smoothly.
I lost my only spare car key on Saturday in Downtown Mountain View and let me tell you, trying to get a new one, has been the most annoying process ever. It took me 2 car dealership to get a blank key and went to 6 locksmith only to find out that they were no longer in business. Finally, I came across a family business, Parker Security & Locksmith Service in Fremont. I was welcomed by two sweet little boys who made sure their mom could make me a new key and that they could solve any problem. While I waited for their mom to call for a key code, they taught me about the different types of keys and how they use different methods to approach a customer and amongst other stuff. Finally, I told their mom that her kids were amazing and I wished I had their personality and their communication skills at their age. P.S. The 8 year old boy made sure I left with a business card. Definitely a place I would go back.

I needed to replace lost keys for the side cases on my BMW K1200RS motorcycle and reluctantly decided to try a locksmith. After having seen Parker's facility on Grimmer on numerous times, I decided to stop in and give them a try.
I found their showroom well lit, well stocked (not just keys but all types of high quality security items; safes, bicycle locks, etc) and well organized.
Gene waited on me and provided an estimate for the price and schedule to complete. He shared risks/benefits of various options and I agreed to having two new keys done.
Early the next day I picked up the finished keys which fit both BMW side case locks perfectly and the price was very reasonable.
All staff members were personable, professional, and knowledgeable when asked various locksmith questions.
I highly recommend Parker Security.
I was there last week and Gene helped me. I was asking for a car key to be copied to a key I purchased online. It's the type of key with the remote attached to the key. I had a blank key, with the remote casing empty. I was going to remove the remote's original guts and install them myself into the new key's casing. Gene told me that he could do it for a price of $10. I said sure because of the trouble that the chip may cause. Gene showed me how the remote buttons (on the inside) worn down due to my daughter's nails. The plastic cover wore down due to constant pressing of the button. But, Gene was able to manufacture a piece of plastic to correct the button's defect. Gene then was able to recover the original key code and made my car key. He showed me the original key and how much the key had wore down compared to the key code. Once I got home I tested the remote and the car started immediatly. Great customer service Gene, thanks.
Just got keys done from Parker security 3 minutes ago.
(Update: this was a long time ago that I drafted this email just never got the chance to post it)
I first called centerville locksmiths yesterday because Parker was closed. Centerville seemed like jerks so this morning I called Parker and everyone was friendly. Ed, Harry, and the lady (sorry I forgot your name!) were all very nice. They gave me a great deal and were right around the block so I asked them to do the job.
They came by 15 minutes later and the mailman was there just by luck so they didn't have to open up the community box on their own (good thing it wasn't my normal mailman who is a prick and was extremely rude when I told him my situation last week. I didn't even ask to grab mail from him. Anyways that's a whole other story). But that basically saved me even more money which was great.
Ed finished the job in about 10 minutes, I got my keys, paid by square, and that was done. Finally got all my mail... And bills.
Excellent service, speaks English good prices great selection quick and nice service.
I had a '62 Dodge truck door lock in need of reconfiguring to accept my key.
After calling many companies only to hear "We don't do that" or "You're looking at $190 for us to come to you" I was getting discouraged.
Last week as I was working making deliveries, my stop was right next to Parker Security. I decided to give them a try.
Ed Lind, who happened to be at his van listened to my situation and said to bring it in. I brought the lock in with a key the next day. He said he didn't think it would be too hard to fix. He said it would be done the next day.
The lock fits my key perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
